RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Proper fit and comfort is what we strive for! We do accept returns, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for our custom color suits.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive them, in their original packaging, unused, with all tags attached, including the hygiene sticker. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway. We use a blacklight on all of our exchanges/returns. We reserve the right to deny any exchanges/returns if we see that the item has been worn, and it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

 

For returns please email a2care@a2swimwear.com for an RAN (return authorization number) and we will email you further instructions for your return.

 

We strive to process exchanges and returns as quickly as possible to get you back in the water! Please allow 1-3 business days to process your return.

Faults


Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged items, or have a manufacturing fault in your suit, please contact us immediately at a2care@a2swimwear.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
