RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Proper fit and comfort is what we strive for! We do accept returns, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
For returns please head to our Log In page, HERE. No account needed, we will email you a one time code.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive them, in their original packaging, unused, with all tags attached, including the hygiene sticker. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway. We use a blacklight on all of our exchanges/returns. We reserve the right to deny any exchanges/returns if we see that the item has been worn, and it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
- There will be a 5% restocking fee on returns. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on our custom color suits.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items marked "Final Sale".
We strive to process exchanges and returns as quickly as possible to get you back in the water! Please allow 1-3 business days to process your return.

Faults
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged items, or have a manufacturing fault in your suit, please contact us immediately at a2care@a2swimwear.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
